Attendant Resources

The Independent Living Center provides training opportunities for attendants.  Contact our office for more information at 833-346-8951.
CDS Attendant Background Checks
All attendants who provide services through The Independent Living Center must complete a background check with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR). If you do not have a completed background check, you can download the application and submit it to TILC with a check or money order for $15.55 made out to the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).  You can also directly complete the application online  for $15.55, which speeds up the application process. If you believe you are already on the Family Care Safety Registry, you can confirm your background check on the FCSR website.
